  : Pool was nice. And the the beach was 100m away. Rooms were big enough.
  : If you are looking for a sleep a quiet avoid this place. Noise,noise, noise from everywere!!! Aircondition outside units are all outdated and loud. Front door are like paper. Two time in one week was live musik by the pool. You can hear the room above ( walking and moveing the furniture..). Barking of the dogs (3 of them)from the restaurant across the street. Mine Vacation was ruined

  : It was very clean,perfect distance to the beaches,a tavern in front of,close to chania,and not far away from the best beaches in Crete.

  : Lovely balcony area overlooking the pool. Great little restaurant across the road . "The Farmers House ". Staff very present and very close to 3 lovely beaches . Easy access to Chania town by bus for 1.20 if you pre book the tickets in any local shop .free parking on the street outside the hotel . All in all an excellent stay

  : the location was very good.. close to beach and lots of restaurants..the bus stop is very close for trips into chania
  : there was nothing in particular wrong with it except we were told we would have a pool view and we didnt when asked at reception they had no other rooms availablethe beds where very hard aswell..the pool wasnt very clean..however the pool bar was good and the bar staff where very nice.

  : We unfortunately did not receive the room we were promised and were allocated a basement room which was not what we wanted to stay in for 2 weeks.The manager did not turn up to discuss this but his staff member dealt with us.The hotel was fully booked so they could not move us, I was insistent that I didnt want the room we were allocated so they said they would refund us, this although a good gesture would leave us stranded, we had friends coming to the same area within a couple of days and didnt want to have to pay out for apartments whilst awaiting a refund. The staff member could see my distress and in the absence of the manager searched for apartments for us and then also sorted out the payment which I can say we were so grateful for.So although our holiday started badly and even after being promised a room with view and a balcony by the manager we were allocated a basement room, the hotel came good and by mid day Sunday we were settled in new apartments ... this was thanks to the staff member who I would give full credit The pool area looked nice, and nice bar although we thought a little pricey. Also some live music on the night we arrived was good.

  : Internet reception very poor very rarely got access from our room & most of the time there was no reception to even use data.

  : The entire kitchen area, balcony and the ability to hang wet clothes. Enough space for a family of 4 The pool access was great, it was clean and service was fast
  : I had to supply my own dish soap and sponge.
