  : Poor content in apptExpected to wash up but no scourer/liquid... Not worth getting for 4 nights!No toiletries except bar of soap. Was told shampoo etc available.... Nothing but soap barNot possible to cook as no basics like oil, salt and pepperNot even basic like tea/coffee making bits. No pool towelsMusty smell in kitchen drawers/cupboardsNo mirrors except in bathroom. Hard to get ready if other person in bathroom and then mirror just steamy. I think with tiny little extras to make the stay easier, this place has so much potential. Lovely place otherwise but made the stay with my very fussy eating mum tough. She was hoping to be able to prep some meals in appt and we couldn't really do this. She is a strict vegetarian and was forced to eat at places she ideally wouldn't like to!

  : We had recently renovated one bed apartment with balcony and pool view. Apartment was good size for two adults. Kitchen was good enough equit even no owen or washing machine which we did know wasnt included. Cleaning daily which you can opt out. Very nice staff which did great care of the place. Location is great, short walk to three beaches if you dont want to use hotel pool and good restaurants and shops very near by. Bus stop to Chania cross the road
  : Pool bar was open short time but not a real problem for us and perhaps reason for was because time was off season.

  : It had two bedrooms which was most important.. breakfast included and 2 big pools
  : Some small changes can make this property better- insect nets on windows- we had constant mozzies indoors and couldnt air apartment without insects coming inThe breakfast can use an easy quick uplift- eg adding a coffee machine/ different type of coffee will make a big difference to the experience.

  : Staff were very helpful and accommodating. They went the extra mile to help us with sorting transfers and making our stay relaxed and enjoyable. They also let us use the pool after we had checked out, before our flight home.
  : Breakfast could have been better.

  : The hotel is well situated as its only a short walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants. The hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.
  : The hotel is situated on a busy road with some well known car dealerships next door and across the road. So not the most idyllic setting. Although you dont see this when you are sitting around the pool or from your room.
