  : This was a great unit for the price. It is a very large 1 bedroom apartment in an old converted factory building within walking distance of the main street of Aberdeen as well as 'Old Aberdeen.' The unit has an extremely large Living room, a large kitchen with a dining table, entry foyer, as well as a large bathroom and bedroom. Though the building was converted in 1996, the interior of the unit has been upgraded since then. The photos on the webpage are very accurate. It was very clean! It lives very well! The unit showed in the photos is the one for rent. The immediate neighborhood is "up and coming" with the local commercial street and grocery store less than one block from the unit. Very convenient.
  : Too many forms to fill out prior to arriving...including making a damage deposit. It would be much simpler if this was all achieved via a person to person check-in , not the key drop process as discussed in the next paragraph. Getting the keys was not convenient. We had to go to a key dropbox in the an office on the main street in Aberdeen. This office was difficult to access via a car (eg parking etc.) They also forgot to leave us the key for the door to the underground parking garage (though they brought the key our unit the next morning.) One of the managers was extremely helpful in solving this issue. Otherwise no big complaints once we debugged the check-in process. It would be very convenient if the unit had some simple condiments: salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, etc.

  : nice big flat, everything what you need in the kitchen. comfy sofa, good location and parking. Had problems with hot water which been sorted by staff and myself in a couple of hours.
  : collecting the keys is a nightmare. l received a message on my arrival date that l have to go to the town centre to pick up keys from the apartments. time for collection was 3pm-5pm. very small gap. no parking on a street. The rest was good.

  : The apartment is nice and has a good size for two people and in a good location not far from city.
  : Pay a 200 deposit and the owner forgot to give it back to me. I had to get a reminder for a refund and it is now over a week and I am still waiting for the return transfer.The apartment on booking.com claims to be dog friendly but after I pay everything send me the apartment rules which said you can't copper dog.I was booking this place because i was sure it was dog friendly!Nice place but run by amateurs. I'm never going back because I do not trust paying a 200 deposit and risking never having money back!

  : The flat was spacious, parking was good
  : The location is close to the University Halls of Residence, it was the beginning of "Freshers Week" so it tended to be a bit noisy in the early hours of the morning, the apartment was reasonably equipped a few things missing, iron but no ironing board, no dishwasher, broken towel rail, Door lock requires attention sometimes very hard to open

  : Shower, bed, sofa The layout of the whole apartment was lovely.. Not far from beach and Ciry Centre
  : The windows were very dirty, 200 deposit was very steep, and waiting a week before getting it back is ridiculous Didnt mention anything when booking... Then, after payment, i got an email for payment . The cooker and hob smelt of burning every time we used it.
