  : The location was good and the apartment was fairly large with a separate bedroom which is nice. We used the laundry facilities while staying in the apartment which worked fine.
  : The lock on the front door feels like it's about to fall out. The entryway is a bit ratty but I'm not sure that the owner can do much about that as it belongs to the building. In the room was a book that instructed us to use the dishes as little as possible and to strip the beds when done and take the trash out. I think this was from during the pandemic as it prominently displayed (nor did we do it). This didn't affect my rating but something to know.

  : The apartment is very centrally located in Aberdeen and is very well equipped. Car parking is available but you have to ask the host to book it for you. A comfortable property in a very quiet area of town.
  : The entrance way to the flats needs attention...it does not come across as welcoming and reflects poorly on the apartment itself.
