  : I am complaining about the following:1 Water leak onto bathroom floor. 2 Cramped room - 2 beds but no desk or table (except bed side tables) 3 No soaps or sanitizer4 not enough hangers in wardrobes5 no fire procedures6 no 24-hour security7 no lift8 not wheelchair accessible9 location on a main trunk road, noisy and exhaust fumes10 no common areas11 no beaches within at least 2 milesMost of these shortcomings are opposite to what is described on the Bookin.com website, thus making the descriptions completely misleading.This was the worst hostal I have stayed in and would recommend it be avoided by all. I also recommend Booking .com challenge the hostal owners and demand improvements or take hostal off the website.Finally, I would like to have some compensation for my experience at the hostal.Thank you

  : Nice small hotel, very close to the train station and not far from the city. Receptionist was very flexible which was very helpful. There are several very nice restaurants very close to the hotel.
  : Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing they could change is to buy some new towels - the ones they have now are old and not nicely smelly after getting wet.

  : The hotel is very affordable, the room was nice and tidy with a comfy bed, a cool bed-wide pillow and it wasn't too noisy - I could sleep easily without my ear plugs. I loved an additional light above the mirror in the bathroom - perfect for doing make up. They are cleaning the rooms every day. There is enough space in the room. Friendly and helping receptionist. The bus stop is just in front of the entrance.
  : There is no hair drier. And it would be a nice touch to have a small kettle, cups and tea/coffee in the room.
