  : staff absent. reception made through video call on which a lady was in a huge hurry. bathroom seat with no space for legs. bidet not working . no thanks in the end of the call. we will never use Alda Puerta services again

  : Clean and rather comfortable place. Several good restaurants nearby, close to bus stations (taxi is rather cheap as well).
  : Appliances were clean and functioning, but could be better - a bit leaking toilet, splashing faucet (no aerator). Noise isolation is not very good as well, so it's easy to hear someone walking on another floor during the night / bar outside.

  : Underground Parking was offered to us close by for 5 per day. The receptionist was very friendly and wrote us a list of recommended attractions to visit. The hotel was above a really good bar which served awesome food.
  : I requested a room with two twin single beds (as the option was double or twin room). Upon arriving my mother and I had a room with a double bed and there was no twin option available. It would have been nice to know this at the time of booking since I was receiving messages from the accommodation via WhatsApp about parking etc. The bar below us was really loud and there are no fans or air conditioning in the room. It was really hot, as there was no top sheet on the bed, only a doona. We had to have the window open because of the heat. There were no screens and so we had mosquitoes and noise which resulted in very little sleep. There is a shared kitchenette available for use with a microwave and fridge. We thought this would be great so went and bought some groceries. However when going to eat, there is no cutlery or crockery available to use even though there is a sign that says please leave dirty dishes here. When we asked staff, they said there was none to use. No maps were available for the city. While this isnt a big deal it would have been nice since its so far from a lot of the attractions in the old city. I had to use google maps most of the time (until getting a map from tourist info in old city) and so its likely we missed out on a lot of interesting things.
