: Modern, fairly new, really warm, cosy, generally clean, well equipped with good facilities in the kitchenette and rooms, comfortable beds, new furniture, quiet clean building and staircases and very convenient location with parking facilities, easy and efficient communication.
: Lack of attention to detail: 15 minutes wait for the keys on arrival; we were asked to leave at 10:00am, but we had to remind manager of the property that check out time stated was 11:00am- which was accepted; only half a roll of toilet paper, small amount of washing up liquid left, crumbs on the sofa, dust and cobweb in corners and on some surfaces, oily oven, clogged up bathroom sink, not enough bed linen left, although we clarified that there will be 5 guests.(However, linen was provided on our request a bit later).

: Great location in a calm part of Zlatibor and still only a few minutes on foot from the lake. It has all you need.
: Although still in pretty good condition, this apartment could use a freshening up, at least a paint job.

: Great location and clean apartment. Quiet. Separate bedrooms with split floorplan. Washer also dries clothes.
: Water heater accidentally turned off by switch left us without hot water. Owner responded with instructions to correct immediately.
