  : The apartment was clean, well furnished and the heating worked very well.
  : The agency responsible for handing out the key was often not reachable by phone. One of the staff was very rude and we had to wait al least one hour before the building. He did not apologize or tell us that he would be delayed. Futhermore, the wifi and the television did not work. We made a phone call to the agency, who told us that the would take care of it. However, the never called back. All in all, nice apartment but the agency ruined it all. If I could rate the staff, I would give them a minus 3.

  : The place was clean.
  : There were many things that we didn't like. First, it was very difficult to find the location since Google Maps leds you to a different place. The host didn't speak, only Serbian, making it hard to communicate. The wifi was not so good. And the last thing, the most annoying one, we booked the place just because of the Jacuzzi, but when we arrived, we found out that in order to use the facilities, you needed to book it one day in advance, thing that no one mentioned about it, even when we asked before booking this place.
