  : Whole destination Solaris was very nice, with many things to during the day and evening. We do really appriciate program for kids.
  : The property needs to repair some equipment. For example in our apartment the door didnt work properly and after cleaning the room we found open door more times. Also some furniture need to be fixed. Even the apartments are located in front of the beach if you prefer beach with sun beds and not so windy, you need to walk quite a long distance.

  : No local money on exchange office, veeeery slow service in pubs, forced english everywhere, to "posh" for my perception

  : I liked the sea was very close to our apartment.
  : The receptionst seemed helpful, he promised two times that someone will come and repair the deposit box. No one came during our stay. And I also think more staff is needed at the reception as comparing to the amount of the guests the staff number is poor.

  : Missing tools for washing dishes, unusable cooking pan.

  : It was very close to the see and it had two bathrooms
  : The matraces were durty and the bed in the room for a kid for smelly and dump we could not sleep on it. The beds were too high and soft not comfy. The fridge was very small for 6people. No freezer no washing machine. Nothing for kitchen we had to buy cloth, mop, soap, everything to be able to use it. There is nothing were you can dry towels or clothes for such price and summer I would expect the property would provide it. The door key was constantly not working and we had to keep going to reception to restart, we asked for a ground apartment because of my parents 74years and they told us they gave it to us and when we found it it was on 1st floor. The service was awful! The beach close to apartment is ok but not as nice as close to hotels.
