  : Arc was awesome!!!
  : No air conditioning in my room. I later learned that I needed to upgrade to bigger bed / room which was cost prohibitive. This was not transparent when I purchased the ticket. This was my only complaint, but it was a biggy. Apparently a message was sent to me from the staff, but I had already purchased the ticket and I didnt see the message till I was told at the hotel that a message was sent.

  : No juice on breakfast, just some cheap fruit drink.

  : Had tea/coffee in room to make a hot drink. Bed was comfortable.Breakfast was good & plenty to choose from..
  : Too far out from the airport & also the city. (Over an hour to the city) No shops or places to eat in walking distance.The hotel was quite dated & needs an up grade to be more modern.Room was very hot & the fan on the ceiling did nothing to cool the room.No hair dryer to dry your hair. Water pressure in the shower was slow & also the sink the water came out slow too.Bathroom is small & toilet squashed in a corner so a large person will have difficulty to be honest.Ceilings are low in some areas of the room & we all smacked our heads several times on them!All up this hotel is in desperate need of some up grading...
