  : Room is conveniently located, very close to Biedronka.
  : The room had not been cleaned before our arrival, eventhough I had communicated with the owner about our late arrival, at 7 in the morning of the second (!!) day of our reservation.There was no toiletpaper, there were no clean towels, the fridge didn't work properly, neither did the dishwasher (also, there was no dishwasher salt nor rinse aid, which were very much needed), and everything in the appartment was just generally unkempt. I had to have my daughter (4yo) stay elswhere, because the fridge could not even keep lettuce fresh.When I tried to contact the owner, they were unresponsive, and never called to check in with me or even offer apologies. They did send a lady to clean the room after about 5 hours, but did not inform me about this. So in the mean time I was in the dark about when and even if they would try and remedy the situation.I am s angry. We arrived exhausted after a 16 hour bus journey and all we wanted was to use the toilet and take a shower. And what annoys me almost as much is the fact that the owner still has not had the common decency to contact me about this mess.

  : The price was good value for money. Good reliable wifi The apartment was a good size for our needs and easy to access.
  : The bed was too soft I see a lot of reviews have mentioned this. But this was a minor point, and mostly we were quite happy with the apartment.
