  : This was my first time with Sun&Snow and also last time. I paid in advance for apartment, cleaning and city tax. Then we have to pay only deposit when taking the keys from office Sun&Snow on address 6A Plazowa, Koobrzeg, which I did. Then they asked me to pay 2900 pzl because of different exchange rate in the day of payment and in the day of arriving, on top of that they wanted me to pay cash. After half an hour arguing of refusing to pay this high amount, and also very nonsense payment, they change their mind and instead of paying different in exchange rate, they call it tourist tax (oplata klimatyczna). Are they serious to ask me to pay 2900 pzl tourist tax for three people? Employees or owner decided we dont have to pay it but they asked again to pay it when leaving the apartment after vacation. We really dont have very good experience there, all these payments are very suspicious.
