Disappointing

  : The location of the guest house is very convenient and there is space to park. The view from our room was beautiful and as a whole Zheravna is a spectacular place. All points of interest are easily reached on foot. The rooms felt authentic, it was very comfortable and spacious.
  : I must admit we left quite disappointed in our stay at House of Bardo. I will list some of the issues in this comment. Service: the staff was quite unresponsive and did not even inform us about the working hours of the guest house restaurant. Apparently, the restaurant closes at 9 pm and as we returned at around that time from our hiking trip, we were surprised to find out that we would go hungry that night. It turned out all of the restaurants close at that or even earlier hours and we were literally left without any food options. The staff saw us and knew that in Zheravna there is nowhere to grab a bite from, not even a convenience store working at 9 pm, but still did not even bother to offer a piece of bread. Okay, let's say that this is understandable. However, we wish we were at least informed about the particular working hours of the restaurant of the guest house, as we are tourists and Google Maps information on working hours in Zheravna turns out to be innacurate. Food: in Booking the breakfast, which was included in the price we paid, was described as "CONTINENTAL". In reality, we had no options to choose form, the portion was scarce and even a cup of coffee was NOT included in our breakfast. Even the jam tasted acidic and sour. There is more I could share, but I will stop the description of our stay here. To conclude, I do not recommend staying at the House of Bardo and I would never stay there again.

  : The location was good, the inner courtyard was really charming, well decorated with places to sit and relax, sunny and cosy. The staff was also very friendly.
  : The "continental breakfast" was nothing to do with the definition - it was only "mekitsa with ayran" without coffee or tea even. The SPA was not open unfortunately. We visited the restaurant in the evening as well and the kitchen could only offer very few things from the menu.

  : The hotel was very nicely situated the gardens were very nice and the room was comfortable and clean.
  : Didn't get the room we booked instead of 55 leva it was 65 which we paid as we thought the hotel was full, we were the only guests. Also we had to pay extra for breakfast coffee, breakfast was a donut and glass of sour milk. Not good......
