  : The staff is very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities are incredibly nice and relaxing with a great view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast is amazing with a great variety of delicious foods from their restaurant. The rooms are well equipped and a nice size. Housekeeping and turndown service left our room very clean and tidy. The location was quiet and had access to an elevator 24/7 to get from the bottom of the hill to the hotel. Bonus, there were 3 playful kittens on the property.
  : Our view of the mountains was mostly obstructed by trees, although the room was advertised to have a mountain view. The pillows were very flat which made for an uncomfortable sleep. We opted for a king size bed, but we were given 2 singles. They rectified this after the first night. The doors to the bathroom, although very stylish and artistic, are impractical. The toilet lights are on a sensor so if you get up to pee in the middle of the night, before you can close the toilet door, the light shines through the bathroom door slats waking the other person up. Then the sensor light proceeds to turn off leaving you to finish your pee in the dark, no matter how much you flail your arms. Also good luck opening the toilet door again because there's no grip in the sliders and the closing mechanism is sticky. These might be just minor inconveniences, but you pay a lot for these rooms so you expect an equivalent standard.

  : Great staff and hospitality. Loved the hotel and the atmosphere! Really enjoyed it.
  : No A/C, dont mind that but issue is when you open the door all the bugs come flying in. Either find a way to put a net on the door or an alternative. Thanks

  : The style and aesthetic of the hotel was great. The staff were very friendly.
  : The resort was not pleasant to navigate. The lobby was very disappointing and did not feel like you are walking into a 5 star resort. Getting to our rooms every day felt tedious and would take a while to get from our room to the Main Street. Also, I had two big pieces of luggage with me late at night and no staff would help me to bring my luggage up after I asked. Not what I would expect when spending almost $1k a night.
