Each apartment comes with a balcony and panoramic mountain views. They further comprise a living room and a separate kitchen at least 1 bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. : Very good location (close to village center, shop and ski bus), spacious clean apartment with newly renovated bathroom and good lay-out of rooms. The patron was friendly and correct in her handling of administration. Good access to parking.
: The apartment was worn down with a kitchen in need of a make-over, walls in need of paint and I am not a fan of wall to wall carpeting (might have been ok but gave an impression of not being changed out in a while). The kitchen with its 2 cookers was on the small side to prepare evening meals (ok for breakfast) and it had no kitchen fan, so the whole corridor was stinking when neighbours decided to prepare spicy meals, on top of that the fire alarm went off frequently. We paid more than 1000 Euros more for our week than our friends who had nicer accommodations and dinner included albeit 1km outside of central Zell am Ziller.

: The location is really good. Near the ski bus and two super markets.
: Very high price for this hostel-standard, very basic equipment and where even the old sheets & towels cost 15 EUR extra/person.The place is somewhere to sleep and (worst case) do very basic cooking but it's not a cozy place.

: Whilst on face value the price for booking looks like value for money, ensure you check the small print as everything is extra, we had to pay a 60 euro cleaning charge per apartment which isn't unusual but when paying that you'd expect the rooms to be clean and of a good standard. There was also no linen provided for the stay, the charge for this was 15 euros per person, when provided the linen was old, worn and ripped and we were told to make the beds ourselves as the owner did not have time to do it, the towels provided were not clean and as about as big as postage stamp so if you do book make sure you take your own!. When making the beds ourselves we also noticed the mattresses were stained badly and in a terrible condition also, when we told the owner we were told if she'd have know she would change them but surely she would have seen this when cleaning the rooms.Please also note that on arrival you have to pay a security deposit of 250 euros per room in cash only, whilst this isn't unusual, you would then expect the apartments to be in good order as any breakages by previous guests would have been covered and then replaced. In summary whilst we had a great time in the resort itself and did not spend a great amount of time in the apartments, the apartments do not represent value for money and are desperate need of some money spent on the facilities.
