  : This hotel is in a beautiful location. It is set in lovely grounds right by the water. The staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant where we had a good meal.
  : The heating was stuck on in the middle of summer! We didn't really realise until the next morning so I can't blame anyone for not doing something about it. There was a kitchenette in our little apartment, but it wasn't very well equipped. It didn't have enough cups for 4 people for example. But that is probably because Germans on the whole don't expect tea-making facilities in hotel rooms. Sadly!

  : In general our stay here was pretty good. The room was spacious with a fridge and kettle. Restaurant food was of high quality.
  : They state the room has a mini kitchenette. This is not entirely true. Yes there is a 2 plate stove and a fridge, but no pots, pans, crockery or cutlery. We expected to be self catering, but that was impossible. Be mindful of that fact.

  : Nice place. Facility was clean. Little bit old and requires some renovation maybe but no issue from hygene point of view. Staff is very friendly and helpful for any kind of support.

  : A very nice and friendly hotel in a beautiful old building, with a large garden that extends directly up to the Havel river, with chairs so that you can relax enjoying the nature and the occasional boats. We had a large room with attached dormitory and bathroom, with four large windows with direct view of the Havel river. The center of town con be reached in a 5 min walk. Although we did not use this option, the hotel offers canoes for rent at a reasonable price. Very good restaurant with a sufficiently large number of choices and an excellent breakfast with many choices. Very friendly personnel who attended quickly and efficiently to a small complaint we had. In summary, we can highly recommend this hotel.
  : The small room where we put our bikes overnight had only a flimsy padlock which could have been removed easily with loosening three screws.
