  : it is a fairly newly refurbished smart flat with excellent lighting system, well designed kitchen in a small space, clean and tidy beds and bedrooms. Its location is very central in town centre of Zakynthos, in walking distance from all town shops, restaurants, ferry, and Solomos and St Marco Squares. The flat has 3 air cons and a humidifier, a nice modern shower and washing machine. Katerina is very helpful and she is available for any problem. We had a great time in Zakynthos and enjoyed staying in this flat.
  : The location is in town centre and finding a parking place may be difficult. There are Private Parkings if no parking lot is found in streets. I think the foot of bathroom door can be equipped with a rubber barrier to prevent water leakage to outside.

  : I enjoyed the smart concept, as well as the living room and bed.
  : As it is a destination with a lot of humidity and the place does not offer a heating system -except AC-, a dehumidifier would make a big difference.
