  : Modern and good location.
  : The property was not cleaned before we got there and could not get hold of owner. We were further informed that it was not cleaned by the owner as we left. This is disappointing as we are in a pandemic! For an apartment which cost a lot in comparison to other apartments, you atleast expect clean facilities and apartment!

  : The interior is beautifully designed, we had all the equipment needed and the buses to the lakes were just nearby. The apartment was very clean and the check in was easy even though we came late in the evening.
  : The boiler works in way that does not enable you to shower more than 10-15 minutes and your partner might need to wait more than half en hour to have hot water too. That was at least our experience, even after the boiler was supposed to be fixed. We were running out of toilet paper, but when we asked for more, we didn't receive any reply. And the bed was too small for us.

  : Location is perfect, near the main railway station (bear in mind, the station is closed(renovation works) till March 2023. Thus, you will need to walk for 15-20 min from the nearest alternative train stop). The apartment is warm (central heating is more than effective). Nice views through the window.
  : We payed roughly 100 euros per night and expected better cleanliness and comfort: 1) dust on surfaces, shelves, in the wardrobe; 2) stains, hair on decorative pillows 3) dirty carpets. Simply put: all soft furniture has to be cleaned to give that sensation of being tidy. 4) no shampoo, no douche gel, only liquid soap and sanitizer. 5) only 1 big towel per person. I'd suggest that you added one more small towel for the face, e.g. Two towels per person would be okay. 6) in my opinion, the mattress in the master bedroom is too soft and puffy. If you replace it with an ergonomic one, it would be better for your guests' health. Pillows were so big, that I had pain in my neck after the 1st night. Also the sheet in the master bedroom is smaller than the mattress, pls, find an appropriate one for this mattress. Briefly talking, bed linen is cheap! Pillowcases, sheets, duvet cover are so cheap, I would compare with a 20-euro/night hostel. These are points to improve your guests' experience.
