  : It was hard to find the apartment as on google maps it waswnt showing exact location of the door, it got lost. After many calls we managed to find. No lift and apartment was on 4th floor. We were not advised that there wasn't a lift. Having 2 kids and luggages ect, was quite difficult until we settled in. The mattresses definitely need to be changed.

  : Well-equipped kitchen with some coffee and tea provided, detergent for the washing machine too, nice balcony, plenty of cabinets for storage and hanging clothes
  : Mattresses sink under your weight, the bunk beds will be an issue if you are taller than 180cm. We were missing one bedsheet and used the duvet cover as a sheet. The shower does not drain properly. We were provided only two rolls of thin toilet paper even though we booked for 4 people for 4 days/3 nights. We requested more and were told that toilet paper is provided at the beginning of the stay. I stressed out the complaint that it was advertised that they would be provided. My messages were ignored so I wrote asking again if they would provide it or if they would continue to ignore me. This seemed to work as I was finally told I can pick it up at the office. Of course, it was easier to buy it ourselves. However, I do not expect to pay for extra people and not have them counted towards something as basic as toilet paper consumption.

  : Location, interior, furniture, sitting area in he closed balcony.Sufficient kitchen ware and amenities. Very nice glasses for wine. Modern appliances.
  : No lift, difficult for old people to climb to the 2nd floor.Insufficient amenities such as kitchen towel (1) and toilet paper (3) for 5 people for 3 night stay.Absence of cleaning products like domestoes for the toilet, also the ventilation in toilet was insuffient to keep it fresh after a few use.No baskets for recycling.No filters for the coffee machine.

  : Bed was small, and Half-fall curtains.So many upstairs.

  : Terrible customer service: -we had problems finding the accommodation, so I rang them. They promised that somebody from the local office would ring me. This have never happened -they gave us a wrong Wi-Fi password. Called them again. They promised that they would ring me back, but no one called since then-Since there was no parking option on booking.vom, I asked at their office some tips for parking places. They did not give me any. I think it is unacceptable no to offer possibility for a parking place in 2023! I realised that all the parking places were private, so every evening I parked my car on somebody's place, since I had no other option....

  : We didn't like the hosts' attitude; we had to wait for the keys for a very long time.
