Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for 50 zł per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Apart-Center Sienkiewicza in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests are kindly requested to call the property 1 hour prior to arrival on the number provided in the booking confirmation.

A surcharge of PLN 80 applies for arrivals and departures between 21:00 to 7:00. All requests for late arrival must be communicated to the property until 19:00 on the day of arrival at the latest and must be confirmed by the property.

There is 1 parking place per apartment.

Please note that breakfast can be ordered until 18:00 for a 30 PLN surcharge one day before and will be delivered to guest's room next day between 8:00 and 9:30.
