  : The actual hotel is nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was very pleasant. We asked for a walk in shower and were pleased to have one.
  : I hated the underground breakfast room, which as breakfast was included was the place we had to use. It was very crowded, and very claustrophobic, with the only entrances and exits accessible only by stairs. We were informed we could take our breakfast tray to eat elsewhere, but that meant carrying a tray upstairs, needing two hands and not being able to use a handrail, awkward when you have a shoulder which doesn't operate well. I ended up not having breakfast after the first day. On several days there was only one coffee machine working, which meant very long queues and increased congestion.The other minus point was that the public toilets in the hotel were down another flight of stairs, at the opposite end of the hotel from the horrible breakfast room making it doubly difficult if you happened to need the loo while having breakfast.The shower gel dispenser did not work properly, and on one occasion my hand got stuck.

  : We liked everything in particular the location, kindness and professionalism of the staff, cleanliness of the room, good atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable. Our room had sea view which made our stay even more pleasant.
  : The rooms are a bit old fashioned and too stuffed. The same with the bathrooms.

  : Location is convenient.
  : The rooms are really old and with a weird smell. At adult pool on the rooftop you can only seat if you pay 10 for a balinese bed, not information at the reception you get the surprise when you get up there. A lot of staff but not specially nice.

  : Its right on the sea front, literally 2 mins to the beach. Beautiful pool area and a lovely chill lounge with dip pool on the roof which is adults only.
  : The room smelt badly of cigarette smoke made worse with the aircon on. We did mention this several times and an ioniser was supplied to help but the maintenance person never cleaned the a/c filters. Luckily it wasnt hot enough to warrant the use of it.
