  : It was clean and there was lots of communication from the owner (often this was 'formulaic' though so was unsure if was actually from our host e.g. it directed to go onto other sites to scan documents and this seemed unsafe to us).TV was easy to operate. Bed was comfortable.The heater had been turned on which was nice and welcoming.We had difficulties getting a taxi (though a local app) so emailed our host and it was sorted in minutes! Thank you :-)
  : There was no set our tea and coffee to use - there was open coffee of some type but unclear what it was or if we could use it. Would be much better to have some wee tea & coffee options available. This would also help make the place more welcoming. Communication with our host was not very welcoming (see above). We didn't get to meet our host.The wee garden, which is a draw card for this property was not very well cared for and only half done.

  : We got the password through email, which is convenient. And decoration is really nice.
  : It's ground floor and a little lower that ground in fact, so it's a little depressed.
