  : The place was really nicely furnished, very clean, very comfortable, we had everything we could need. The host, Anita was super kind and welcoming, she explained where everything is, she recommended some activities and restaurants around the area. Communication was very smooth. The apartment is in a good location, close to a beach and not much further away from the old town either. There is a bakery and a grocery store nearby, and the apartment has a coffee machine, so our breakfast was pleasant every morning.

  : - a little far from the city center but Anita gave us a great tip with a boat ride. You shoud definitely try it!- no card accepted, but you can do bank transfer instead!

  : Property was really clean!! Annita the Host was really niece and gave us tips of where to eat and what to do!! Its a really good place to Stay once visit Zadar!

  : We had the deluxe studio, which had its own entrance, outdoor seating area and 2 bikes to use. The studio came with a kitchen area (sink, 2 plate stove, kettle, microwave, toasties maker, fridge, pots, plates and utensils), a high bar style table & chairs, own bathroom with shower, a bed and couch. The windows in the main room had Rollo shutters that kept the room nicely dark and a bit quieter during the night. Lovely trees on the road with the birds singing in the morning and the nicest smelling shrub just outside the gate. Anita was super friendly and helpful
  : The road could get a little noisy at times, but nothing too drastic.

  : Zadar is a nice place with a beautiful old town. The central geographical position of the town in Croatia makes her an ideal place to explore other beautiful places like the National parks in Plitvice or Krka. The accommodation is modern, everything is clean and the AC cools you down if it is to hot outside. It was nice to find some koffie and tea in the kitchen at the first day. These small details make you feel home and welcome. A small food store and a bakery are only 100 meters away. And 4 really good restaurants are located in the same street. Our host Anita lives in the same building and helps you with everything. She gives you advice which sights are in the area, how you can book trips and what we also enjoyed were our conversation's with her about the country and the people. The accommodation has also 2 bicycles which you can use to explore the area, a really nice extra. It was our first trip to Croatia and it won't be our last trip to the country. Beautiful nature, friendly people, good food and outstanding highways made our holidays unforgettable.
  : The accommodation is next to a one way street with a lot of traffic during the day. That makes it a little difficult to read a book outside. But during the night is the street complete empty and can you sleep without a problem.

  : A very friendly and helpful owner who greeted us on arrival and provided instructions on all aspects of the accommodation and advised on our location and how to travel into the city. The apartment was tastefully appointed and spotlessly clean with all facilities needed for a self-managed stay including a large very comfortable bed, constant hot water and efficient air conditioning, much needed in Zadar's hot summer. A large screen Smart TV with Wi-Fi allowed access to your own subscription channels which was a bonus.

  : Super friendly host who was easy to contact and always ready to help. Great location - easy travel to city centre, also close to convenience store, pharmacy, cash machine, bakery on the same road. Clean and good living space with all amenities.
