  : We arrived to find a wonderful bottle of wine and plate of pastries/desserts in the refrigerator. The flat is absolutely gorgeous, and the view of the sea is fantastic. It is well outfitted for as group of 4-6 people, with plenty of kitchenware. The coffee machine is a DeLonghi cafe/espresso maker, and beans were provided which was a really nice treat. The furnishings are very sleek and modern, and the beds--5* quality mattresses and linens. We slept so well while there. The beach and nearby restaurants/shops were nice and clean, and I very much enjoyed that the neighborhood felt like a place where locals gathered together, more so than tourists.
  : Be aware that the flat is on the US 3rd floor, EU 2nd floor - without an elevator, and once in the unit, two bedrooms are located one additional level up via a very narrow spiral staircase. Good mobility is a must when booking this flat. Also, the house is one street back from the main strip along the sea. The view from the balcony is not blocked, but you are not directly at the water. It's only a 2-3 minute walk to the water, but if you want to be directly on the water, you should know this.
