  : The lady was very sweet & allowed us to check in early.
  : There was a hole in the rug, rust on a lot of the appliances & mould in places. I feel bad saying the negatives as I could tell the lady was really sweet but there could be some very quick fixes to make the apartment much more acceptable! No need for 2 fridges, just make sure 1 works & get rid of the other. Change the rug, give it a lick of paint & just refine the basics.

  : Without a doubt - the location with a view is just perfect. Not too close to the tourist side of Zadar but also not too far to eventually reach it. There was nothing better than waking up to the view of the sea with its sounds. Thanks!
  : Unfortunately, we felt a lack of cleanness in our apartment, especially with the ants all over the living room and kitchen. Apart from that can't complain! :)

  : Great view and large roof terrace. Convenient for local restaurants and mini marts. Also easy to get a bus into Zadar as the bus stop is just a few yards away. Comfortable bed and lots of storage facilities.
  : The noise from an adjacent building was horrendous. There were a large group of students/young people staying there and every night would be party night. At times there would be up to 12 of them on their balconies with loud music and other constant noise until late at night. Sleep was not possible until they went to sleep, which on weekends was late. I do not know if they permanently live there or were on holiday, but it completely ruined my stay.

  : The location is best, water just outside the property. The apartment is equipped with all facilities needed. Perfect for a couple. Wifi can be better and AC would be great in bedroom than in living room. Rest all was good in apartment
  : Wifi signal was poor and Air conditioning was in living room than bedroom
