  : The room was clean when we arrived, and the room was a good size. The beds were comfortable and I liked that the sink and vanity was outside of the bathroom, allowing someone to be using the bathroom and using the mirror at the same time. Breakfast was included, so it it was nice to not have to order or travel for breakfast.
  : I booked this hotel because it was the only property in Yuma that met my criteria on Booking.com, I wanted a hotel with an airport shuttle, a restaurant on site, breakfast included, wifi, and a pool. When I arrived I was informed that there was no airport shuttle at all, that although there was a restaurant on site it was only open for breakfast, the wifi would be turned off the following day for maintenance with an unknown amount of time without it, and after the first evening the pool was closed for unforeseen circumstances. The staff were rude and only helped or offered information when asked directly. The breakfast was not great and the folks serving it were grumpy and not hospitable. The air conditioner in the room was unbelievably loud, as was the humming from the fridge.

  : The bathroom lights kept going out and the toilet wouldn’t always flush. There wasn’t enough space in the breakfast area to eat and the outside space was not clean.
