  : The Bed.
  : ROOM WALLS are paper thin, you can hear every word the Loud Tenants say, I assume most are dealers because PIt Bulls barking during the night in there rooms. In other words Not a decent nights SLEEP!! If u have traveled far DO NOT EXPECT TO GET A DECENT FULL NIGHTS SLEEP!! Also Thugs roaming the parking lot!!! I know I use to work at Petersburg!Also NO INTERNET!!!!! I guess u get what u pay for...Will stay at the Hampton next trip..

  : I like it was a dog friendly location, but it really wasn't anywhere that you can take your pets out to. I loved the grill they had for customer to grill out.
  : A/C didn't keep my room cool at all. I reported it at least three times and still wasn't cool in my room. I also had to deal with a water leak from the ceiling no one came in and looked.

  : The room was pretty clean. The location was convenient.
  : Kitchenette is completely without any equipment (other than two ice cube trays); if you want even a fork or spoon, you have to go the desk and sign one out to your room. Long-term guests would pile their trash out in the hallway and it would sit there all day. Many items were in did repair Toilet bowl was broken, luggage cart was broken, stove exhaust fan wasn't working (there was a sign by the stove telling you to open the window while cooking.)

  : The only good part was the price but for what you're getting run. The staff are friendly.
  : There are roaches everywhere. Parking was horrible and they didn't return the ridiculous deposit.

  : There is absolutely nothing about this property that was comfortable . I was with my family on a long trip from Florida, this place was absolutely disappointing.
  : The property was not well maintained, I believe that it should also be advertised that they have leasing options available but it felt more like a homeless shelter . The odor , the appliances in 1 of the rooms that I booked was not in working condition , the stove top was a mess , one of the draws was missing out of the kitchen , the microwave vents was absolutely disgusting .The AC unit was not maintained it needed to be cleaned, the build up that was seen was definitely not safe for people with breathing issues or anyone for that matter . The sofa bed just looking at the condition of the uncleanliness we were not able to have the children sleep on it .

  : Outside was quiet and somewhat clean. Close to local shopping. Desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Nice wooded area next to hotel. Although people walk their dogs there also. Kitchen was nice.
  : Linen not changed for my stay. Missing some room amenities. Not well cleaned. Cigarettes butt's at entrance door not cleaned up. Smoking where should be non-smoking. No amenities information provided, again my room seemed unprepared for new guest.
