Disappointing

  : Great location.
  : Unfortunately there were a number of issues with our stay. There was very limited hot water so we were left with no hot water for most of the evening. We tried to contact the host but they were not helpful. They told me over WhatsApp Im on the phone to another guest, and said theyd call afterwards. They never called. Something tells me they were not being honest. Furthermore there was very little instruction in the lead up to our stay. On our way to York we still had no check-in instructions whatsoever, and only when we pestered did they send us info on how to access the flat. Also, there was no WiFi. Despite there being a connection it was restricted access so no internet use. Really a bit of a shambles all round.

  : This apartment will now be the bench mark on which we judge all other apartments from now on: brilliant location (smack in the centre of York), great views of the Minster, well equipped (everything you need), comfortable (we all had a great nights sleep), spotlessly clean. The host Karen was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!
  : If you have a car, make sure you check the roads around, as there are a lot of road works in the area with some roads closed (not flagged on google maps)approaching the apartment.

  : Location and the views. It was a very comfy apartment. Everything you needed.
  : There was a problem with the heating that was resolved within 24 hours. There was also a problem with the hot water. If one of my family had a bath, it used the majority of the hot water, so we had to wait a good few hours for the hot water to warm up again. Not ideal, really .

  : Proximity to centre was excellent. Very easy to come and go. Lovely comfortable beds and lovely large bath towels. Relatively well equipped apartment. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

  : Lovely flat and great location. Good facilities for a family or friends stay. Comfortable beds, warm and great views. Nice to have little extras like tea and coffee available.
  : I was not sent access details and was stuck outside on a dark evening on my own. No answer from any of the phone numbers and very slow to reply to text messages. WiFi not working the whole time I was there even though I reported it on the first day and the error message said it was because they needed to pay their bill, so an easy fix. I reported an issue with the shower not draining and received no reply at all.

  : Stunning apartment beautiful beams and beautifully presented and fabulous view of minster and York city very spacious and immaculate throughout and perfect central location 2 bed 2 bath at a very reasonable rate for central York would definitely stay again
  : A couple of glitches that took it from a 10 to a 9 .. firstly communication:( when using codes I have always received in the AM I had to msg over and over before I got a response and by then it was 10 mins past check in time and I really was hoping to get checked in a little earlier or at least drop cases as weather was horrid so that needs addressing,send codes well before check in time and directions as checking in PAST check in isn't ideal....also ..maybe being picky here but every good apartment I stay in leaves a few basics like milk,water ,biscuits ...there was nothing so again as a 5 star accommodation those are basics ..also an instruction booklet for heating ect as it was Baltic on check in I had to suss it out blind ..these are all minor glitches and just constructive criticism not negative as easily fixed and it is a truly stunning apartment.. fix these and you get a 10 everytime

  : Location was fantastic and a very big apartment View was great looking at the minster
  : No hot water No heating No cooker or hobs working No plugs at side of bed working After sending 4 messages regarding these issues, we have now checked out and still had no reply. Such a shame for my husbands birthday trip away.
