  : Lots of space; lovely large kitchen and living room - an ideal base for 2-3 days (or longer had we wanted to) - lovely to have tea/coffee etc. a really nice touch!
  : Nothing really - maybe a teapot and something in the fridge to stand the milk sachets in - our tallest only spotted them on the last morning!

  : The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped. We were travelling with a child and a senior, and it was able to fit the needs of both. The location is perfect!
  : The apartment was clean, but there was a funny smell ever since we arrived (probably coming out of the kitchen pipes).

  : The location is very good, close to the minster and shops but in a quiet area. It is spacious with plenty of room for 4-5 people. The kitchen is well stocked, comfy beds, clean linens and towels and toiletries available. It was warm. Sinks and toilets clean.
  : Although the sinks and toilets were clean there was a lot of mould around shower areas(this could easily be remedied with a mould spray, b and q do a good one) . In the main bathroom the plastic lip that goes along the bottom of the shower screen was missing and this has resulted in the floor being black and the bath panel damaged as water can seep out. The stair carpet is very dirty. This apartment could be really good with a little tlc.

  : The property was an amazing upgrade! it was very spacious, beds so comfortable, location perfect for city and station. Well equipped.
  : Big tv in kitchen diner, would have preferred in lounge. Lounge area a little sparse, furniture wise, not enough for group of 5.

  : Central location and parking was available outside the property. The kitchen facilities were good and the living/dining room was light and spacious.
  : The apartment is in need of some attention. The carpets on the landing and stairs are stained, as well as the flooring in the bathroom. Both bathrooms are in need of a deep clean and some maintenance. One bedroom has a locked smaller door inside which made me feel unsettled during the night. All the pillows are of poor quality and extremely hard and uncomfortable, leading to a poor nights sleep. Apart from the bathroom mirrors and a small dressing table mirror, there were no other mirrors, making it difficult when getting dressed. I would not book this property again in the future. It could be so much nicer with more care and attention.

  : Great location with a small walk to the centre.Fairly clean through out. Good size with god amenities.
  : Smell of damp from the bathrooms effect my wife and son's asthma. It was very strong. The beds are tiny and misshapen, we fell out.
