  : The location is good, the host was friendly.
  : There are extremely serious issues with the drains. They have tried to address these by filling the flat with several industrial strength air fresheners... the result is an absolutely appalling stench. I nearly vomited it was so bad.The flat is tired. The mattress are old and the springs poke you in the back.The cleaning was substandard - it has a surface level clean but that's all. I would never ever go anywhere near this place again. Truly abysmal.

  : Self catering with good equipment. Lots of take-away, bakery, and grocery options very nearby.
  : Instructions on finding the keys a bit difficult; we circled the building several times looking for the appropriate doorway. Suggest that the host simply says "door to the left of to Sainsbury's entrance."

  : Stayed here three times and each time is an easy entry by keycase and code. We have also been allowed to park the car in the secure car park after 11:00am, which is fantastic. On the doorstep of the immediate city centre.
  : The apartment was dirty. Many surfaces covered in dust. A few dead flies. Crumbs on the kitchen units. Both mattress toppers were urine stained. Single bed sheets stained with either spots of blood or coffee. En suite bathroom radiator was THICK with dust, a bit off-putting. The microwave didn't work at all. In truth, we would consider staying here again, but would like to make sure that it was CLEAN as you would expect and the bed toppers were replaced. Fortunately(?) we did not find the stains until we were going. Oh, and everything that should work, did work. It's a shame because these premises have given us so much on two previous visits. Not sure there'll be a fourth
