  : My worst hotel stay in a long time. Initially I was put in a room where it was impossible to take a shower as there was no curtain in the bathroom - water was all over the bathroom. The room was changed after my request. There was only one treadmill in the fitness center and it was not working (later it was fixed, but one workout session was gone). The water was turned off (!) at the hotel. A note (slipped under the door 1 day before) said that the water would be turned off at 21.00 for 5-6 hours. I came after training and at 20.50 and could not take a shower, as water already was turned off (earlier, than it was said in notice). On my question to the administrator "how can I at least use a toilet?" I received the answer "I don't know". The next morning the problem was still not fixed: there was no hot water, cold water was flowing rust-colored.I had a flight out of the airport in the morning, so I checked out without showering after my evening workout :(

  : The hotel is located at the heart of the Yerevan city - Republic Square, an excellent location. Closer to Northern Avenue and Tashir Street, a popular pedestrian street, with shops around for dining and shopping. Rooms are big with all the amenities. The restaurant and cafe both have great ambience. The reception counter as well as other staff were cordial and helpful.
  : The room was not ready at 3 pm check in time. The breakfast buffet can have additional varieties and service in the cafe can be a bit faster.

  : Privacy is an issue, all employees have the key to your room and can enter the room at any time, and you don't even have the option of internal door lock.
