  : Friendly staff, ready to help. Good location, not to far from Bukovel resort. Panorama window, warm room, cattle in room.
  : I reserved room with balcony and soundproofing but no balcony and no soundproofing at all. I could hear every step, every sound in corridor. Warm water was available only half time (random hours during day) out of 3 days. (called once, sent staff to fix it but it worked only for an hour or close to it) I stayed here not for a first time, but I can say that nothing changed since last visit. Kitchen is not as many could expect. Too much fat is used during cooking, terrible coffee. I would say that if I will stay here next time, I would definitely not stay here for breakfast. No place to leave ski equipment to get dry. Bad wifi connection, had to use LTE connection

  : Wide room, clean, great parking
  : Towels, sheets and pillowcases are used, they are not changed and as it appears, I had to ask for a replacement, but to no avail. They replaced some of them, but the same problem was the smells of the previous peoples printed on it, and it was clear that there was no washed

  : Kitchen.. Well, better to find another place for breakfast. After breakfast we did not want to order anything from this place any more. Same thougths was from another 3 adults and 2 child.
