  : All very comfortable and homely with a lovely garden. The games room is great!
  : The gate into the private compound of villas wasnt automatic and was often closed, so it was a pain to manually do the code every time we left and re-entered. Some of the older sunloungers were uncomfortable.

  : The property was located in a gated complex, the only way into or out of the property on car or foot was by the main gate. We were one of the last villa complexes so right on the outer edges near the volcanic landscape and seascape. The house was very well maintained and spotless. Help was available within a few minutes when required. We purchased breakfast, ice creams and odd bits and pieces from the local store that we walked to just down the road, but did a bigger shop in Playa Blanca by car. There is a small row of shops and restaurants fairly close by, you could have walked but we didn't (would have taken a good 15 minutes) - the Indian Restaurant 'Flavours' was superb.
  : Unfortunately we arrived to poor weather so the pool wasn't suitable for initial use. It would quickly have been cleaned and put into use had we requested it, with a 24 hour delay for heating and algea removal. Travelling in March we had booked 9 days to allow for any glitches in the weather and were glad that we had done so, the weather improved after 2 days and was then glourious. The garden was good to move around and the walls provided some shelter from the wind.

  : The swimming pool that was heated,very quiet place ,fully equipped kitchen and we could come with our dog,also the owner and the person who greet us were very helpful all the time
  : Ants ,i understand there is a garden but there were so many inside the house like for few hours

  : We visited here in 2019, it was exceptional.
  : So many issues on arrival. Gone downhill.Booking.coms help was disgraceful.l, spend 3 days attempting justice.Shockingly rude owner, cold pool we paid to be hot, broken appliances, no hot water indoors and to top it all we were essentially called liars.Zero point now bothering to review, Booking.com staff obviously paid to delay and not do the right honourable thing. Disgusting service by booking, shoddy customer services. Been a member for well over a decade, never complained before but was absolutely required. The owners total failure in preparation for our arrival totally destroyed my wife and I's 2 week holiday in addition to 4 robots at booking splurting lies from a sheet of paper and wasting my holiday time.On arrival also requested in cash 220 euro to heat the pool which was NOT on the Booking.com page and the pool was heated included in 2019 when I had left an 'Excellent' rating.Be aware of booking.com, check their failure in service and zero care.Booking, you won't publish the truth because you are clearly corrupt and waste time for commissionShame on you all. Our holiday was destroyed.
