: Good communication, good location, very friendly staff. Melissa is super nice and friendly and accommodating. Strong A/C. Perfectly located: in the center of Therma a 5 min cab or bus ride from ferry dock. Hotel is in walking distance (200 yards) to the famous hot tub and the beach. Lovely swimming and snorkeling, with swimming access to the hot tub. Which is really hot, sourcing heat from rocks in the back of the hot tub. You enjoy a natural hot tub on top of an inactive volcano - absolutely stunning!!
: Bathroom is well equipped and water hard to keep in shower so it does get wet on the floors.

: It was small but comfortable overlooking the bay at Therma, ideal for our needs. Close to the naturally occurring thermal springs in the sea and this made the highlight of the visit.
: The room was small. Luckily we were travelling light as there was very little space to put anything. There steps up the outside of the building we a bit precarious.
