  : We stayed in the apartment for several days. The hotel blocks money in your account about 100 euros. I did not notice this during the reservation, but I think that when I called the hotel and tried to clarify this, maybe you should be more kind with your customers!!! There was a feeling that the Pani at the front desk was extremely unkind during our telephone conversation. Also this room has an extremely two-level uncomfortable bed, the complete lack of the ability to park your car nearby. The room is designed for 3-4 people, but I did not find a table where you could eat, no chairs in the room. I had to eat while I was sitting on the floor. Breakfast is very poor.

  : The flat itself was wonderful. It was fully equipped and very clean. Near train station too.
  : It was not easy to collect the keys for this place. I thought it was really inappropriate to have me travel to the city center to collect the keys at an unknown address by myself. I told the property ahead of time that I was going to be checking in around 8:30pm. They messaged me a two hours before my arrival (while I was travelling) to pick up the keys at a different address. The address was not within walking distance from the flat. I had to pay for an uber because I also had a suitcase with me. There was no explanation about the flat or key codes. I also got locked out from the front door. Nobody told us what the building key code was. I texted them at the same number they texted be prior and nobody responded till the next day at 10am. I got locked out around 9pm the day before! They also asked me to go another different address the next day, for payment. Even thought I had already paid online. Bad service. Communication was very poor from staff. They will ask you pick up the key (and charge you) after 8pm. They left it with someone who gave no instruction like pass codes to front door. The key came with a map to the actual flat and that was it. They ask you to pick it up at a place that is not near the flat. I didn't know where anything was in the city and it was a lot to have someone do when they first arrive in a new city, especially if you are going to charge them for a "late" check in,

  : The location was good, but it was hard to find. There was construction outside my window most mornings, so it was a nosy wake up.
  : The bed was VERY VERY uncomfortable. The bathroom shower did not have a place for me to put my soap while I washed. There were no wash cloths.

  : Clever use of space. Nice decor. Nice paintings on inside walls. Everything works. Great value for money.
  : Keys to our apartment were given to another guest. A mistake that should never happen.Next building is under construction. One out of three mornings there was noise.Could use some coat hangers and a kitchen towel.
