  : Really well located and well priced. Well equipped, with hairdryer and iron, iron board. Free coffee and sugar available. Nice modern look toilet and clean. Good air conditioning and heating.
  : Some of the bedding was dirty. Duvet seemed to be ok however the pillows smelled sweat, as if they hadnt been washed. They were also yellow stained. It was really unpleasant and we had to put our own shirts as pillow covers to be able to use them.There was a clear liquid stain from a glass on the bedside table which clearly indicated that the table hadnt been cleaned. Toilet: when we had a shower the water didnt drain properly so after running the water for a couple of minutes you had a swimming pool of water in the whole toilet and there was not mop to tackle this issue, so we had to use the toilet mat and towels to stop the water from inundating the rest of the toilet. Lack of care and attention to detail. There were little damages such us lamp shade, teared window blinds etc that made the room looked uncared, not being taken cared of as this as little things that can be fixed for little money and can completely changed the experience of a guest. Overall, very disappointed. We felt this were they majority of the issues that made out stay unpleasant were totally avoidable and could have been easily fixed if there was a proper manager/landlord who cares about the business. We also felt that the unwashed/dirty pillows was totally unacceptable and we wouldnt be staying there again.

  : these are scammers, never stay there. they take a deposit of 300 zlotys and then simply do not return it. This is the biggest disappointment in my travel history - ending up in the room of scammers and bandits.

  : I must say, this must have been the worst experience I've had with a rented apartment/hotel room. I arrived at the building after a long flight to a broken elevator, with my apartment being four floors up. Having the smallest, most uncomfortable staircase where I had to carry up three suitcases together with my 60+ year old mother, who woke up next morning in pain. They weren't even able to provide me with any assistance when I called the reception for help. After struggling to come up to the room, I'm welcomed with a very nice spider and a broken handle to the toilet - so I can't even close the door when using the restroom just because I'm too scared of not getting out again. The breakfast was very simple and not much of it. I emailed them with my complaints but of course they didnt respond to it. Shocking.

  : Breakfasts were superb. Location was excellent >Perfect for a solo traveller Curtains a bit useless as there were a lot of shop windows illuminated outside No problem for me but can see how it might bother some people
  : The approach to the apartment was a bit daunting Best to have a torch with you after dark

  : Everything was nice and clean. Very comfortable bed.
  : Deposit was quite high and link to the page to pay was 2 times not available We were staying on the rain in front the door and was quite annoying.
