  : It is a good apartment, with modern furniture and a comfortable kitchen and beds.
  : We have very bad feedback on their support service. During the first evening, there was no electricity in the sockets, we could not cook anything, charge phones, etc. We sent three emails to support and got an answer the next morning (via SMS - do we still have this problem). On the second evening, we have no electricity at all, including light in the apartment. No one came to us for fixing it, we left the apartment without electricity, help or any talk with us. We are highly disappointed with absolutely NO support! We rented not cheap one apartment, but three days of our vacation were ruined by this NO service. Three evenings we have no electricity!

  : Clean apartment, all needed stuff are provided, comfortable location
  : Ive rented apartment for 3 nights (from 8 to 11 September).On the night from 9 to 10 there was a fire in the building. The fire happened in the neighboring entrance. It was impossible to stay in the apartment this night due to smell in the building, lack of water and electricity. Renters were informed about the incident immediately. They didnt offer me any alternative apartment. Even didnt provide me water, so I have to spend enough money covering these problem. On my request for reimbursement for a night spent in another place + water expenses, I was refused by the renters. I understand that it was not the fault of the renters, that there was a fire, but at least I expected financial support from them.
