Very Good
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Location and set up of rooms .

Pleasant
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Very clean comfortable apartment with great facilities. Good communication with staff .
: A lot of shouting drunk people when returning to apartment. Children quite scared and couldn't get front door open for some time.

Pleasant
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: Very central location, comfortable bed and living area.
: The hob didnt work properly which made cooking dinner difficult (part of the reason Id booked an apartment rather than a hotel).

Good

: The flat itself was great- nice kitchen and ample space for 2 of us. Very clean too
: The entrance was a bit shabby- the carpet up the stairs was very grubby. The location was extremely noisy being opposite a pub with live music and the area jyst outside unfortunately seemed to be a gathering place for late night drinkers. Not the fault of the accommodation of course but it would put me off staying there again

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
  : nothing
: too many stairs not clean smell short ceiling and bedroom with small and uncomfortable mattress. only two toilet rolls provided. no cleaner service at all

Poor
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Easy parking.
: All of it. The flat is shabby, not very clean, poorly equipped and in a noisy location - it fell a long way short from expectations based on the photographs. The carpet on the shared stairs to this flat are filthy - not a great first impression. But the flat itself is miserable - grey decor, paint flaking off bedroom walls, frayed window blinds, dirty pillowcases, stained/dirty shower tray, chipped flooring, headboard falling off the wall, no dinner plates, only 2 wine glasses, cooker has no markings on dials and so it's trial and error getting what you need and it's so noisy (we particularly enjoyed the 2am shop alarm going off beneath us each night). I rang to complain and the management company did try to rectify some issues but this place is overpriced and not pleasant. They mentioned compensation but nothing forthcoming. Stay elsewhere.

Disappointing

: Provided our own breakfast Central location quite noisy Helpful people on the phone Management company responded quickly when alarm went off. Lots of communication with the letting company to make sure you arrived safely and everything was ok.
: Needed a coat of paint apartment looked new on photos but very tired decor. Beds very uncomfortable but clean linen. Velux blinds damaged so let a lot of light in. Shower poor. Would recommend you take your own toiletries.
