There are two mini supermarkets fish and chips shop cafe launderette petrol station opposite to the building. There are many restaurants nearby. It is a mile from the Worthing Hospital that is the first non speciality hospital that is rated as "Outstanding" by Care Quality Commission England.
The building is a Victorian building; it has old carpet in communal entry but the apartments itself have decent carpets.
