  : When the water went out (No Water) and I called management, they said it was the Water Company and not their problem, called back and asked for someone to come out and they said I should take a picture of No Water and send it to them, finally they agreed to a refund for that day so we could check into a hotel. The next day the water trickled a little, stopped, trickled a little more and stopped so they finally sent out someone to fix the issue, and we got water. But not the refund.

  : The owner/manager was very pleasant in helping us when we arrived as the code for the keypad wasnt working. The centralized location was great for ease of exploring the city and getting our daughter settled into university.
  : For a busy week, and moving our international student into uni, with loads of suitcases in tow, it didnt help that getting to the apartment involved several staircases and was at the bottom of very narrow and steep staircase. We used a parking garage nearby that was told to us by a nearby landlord (St Martin) and accessible via a walking bridge to get to and from our vehicle. The proximity to things was great but not to the bars and nightclubs. Once we finally fell asleep, we were awakened again by glass recycling trucks entertaining us with their rendition of a glass harps concert. Then came the street sweepers, the rubbish trucks. We had to make do taking midday naps to catch up on lost sleep. The couch was uncomfortable to lay on as the frame could be felt and it had lost its cushioning. The springs are starting to go out on the main bed. It was quite stuffy and although signage stated that it was nonsmoking, blankets and the couch had clear cigarette burn marks and the unit smelled of smoke. We had one tower fan for the unit that didnt do much in the way of circulating air. No channels were available on the TV, so I couldnt distract myself from doing work. It is a good location for those that want to visit Worcester to take part in the nightlife but definitely not for us on this trip. We truly do appreciate the kindness of the management staff/owner.

  : Early morning noise from club opposite but to be expectedOnly being asked for a deposit after the booking had been made. I had not planned for an extra 200 which will take up to 8 days to be returned. This may be an issue for some people

  : Great location, value for money, good facilities and clean.
  : Thursday, Friday and Saturday are pretty loud but nothing a set of noise cancelling iPods doesnt sort out.
