  : Being generous: I liked the location. That's about it. Shocking experience.
  : Considering I was only staying for one night and the hotel is still insisting on their late check in (4pm) and early check out (10am) policy I arrived at 4pm and then proceeded to wait 90mins to check in. Yes, the queue for the check in lasted 90 mins and to be honest, it wasn't THAT long. When I got to the counter I asked politely if I could have a discount for the fact that my one night stay was shortened due to the ridiculous wait and I was told I could have a free late check out. Now then, late check out is what the regular check out used to be so it's not much of a gesture of good will but I couldn't anyway as I had a train to catch the following morning anyway. Then when I got to my room I found a lighter under the bed which is annoying because 1. I asked for non-smoking (there was a smell) and 2. they claim that the late check in early check out is to ensure cleanliness for COVID but this is the second time I've come into a room to find rubbish on the floor. So all in all, possibly some of the worst customer service I could imagine (and I was fortunate enough to avoid the temper of the manager, which a few of the other people annoyed at waiting 90mins to check in had to experience when they complained). Really beyond a joke. I used to come here a lot before COVID but since reopening I've had three terrible experiences of which this is the worst. Oh, and to top it all off, the room itself had a tiny window at the top of the wall giving me a slight view of a pipe and the shower was positioned in the corner of the tiny toilet to it was difficult for me to enter (and I'm not a big guy). Worth the wait? Don't make me laugh

  : Shambles, contacted by staff from their( jenny's) restaurant 2 days before to say our dinner reservation cancelled, in fact the room booking cancelled. Had to sleep on a friend's floor Saturday night, got another hotel Sunday & Monday. My partner found out from convenience store next door - whole hotel booked out short notice asylum seekers. I hope they made lots of money, I won't ever book there again
