  : The hotel is very quiet in the lovely town of Fallersleben which lies adjacent to the much bigger town of Wolfsburg, but is actually the older of the two. The people (including the staff) are very friendly, but check in can also be done remotely (and the door can by opened by smartphone - with protection by German privacy laws). I didn't sample the breakfast, but nearby there are numerous bakeries that provide with excellent bread and coffee that can be consumed on the spot.
  : The room was quite small, so check for that when you book since larger rooms are available, preferably on the ground floor since the floor above that has rooms under the sloping roof. There wasn't a coffee or tea maker in the rooms, either and I there is no climate control (though there is heating, obviously) but that's as far as any criticism runs.
