Disappointing

: the room was perfectly fine and very good bathroom and wi fi. good tea and coffee facilities
: the bed was very uncomfortable and room too hot. institutional smell in corridors no staff at all at weekend and no useful information about breakfast ( tells you to go to Park Eat but no information about where that is- NOT in Park House next door as you might reasonably expect ) no Campus maps anywhere that showed location of Park Eat

: When we arrived we were surprised to find that there where no towels provided, not even hand towels. There was also no bath mat provided, which is a slipping hazard when getting out of the shower. When we called the number provided so we could try and get this basic amenity, nobody answered. The bed side platforms (as these could not be called tables they were so small) were at a height where throughout the night we'd frequently bump our heads on them. Clearly this has been an issue before as there were at least corner protectors on them to prevent real injury. The heating was not easily adjustable as it was only adjustable via the radiator dial which I'm not convinced made any difference, but it was sweltering at one point in the night before it turned off and the room was left to become cold. Finally the walls and doors were paper thin, so we could hear everything going on in the rooms next to us and everything going on in the corridor. At 3am when other guests returned, making quite the racket, this was a big problem.

: Very happy with the room it was clean and comfortable and served our purpose, and also with had the rooms next to each other as we asked for also need to add that it works fine for short stay specially if you need to spend the time in University grounds.
: One thing I have to say that there was no hot water to take a shower in the morning and that was very disappointing as you can appriciate the need, which I can only assume that it could have been because many people took shower in the morning but still it shouldn't happen now days. Thank you we had a pleasant time.

: I needed to stay on campus, therefore the location was convenient. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Moreover the staff at the reception were extremely kind and helpful in the morning of my check-out.
: The whole building is a bit overdue for renovation. The structure was a little shabby and the room had a run-down feel/look to it. Bathroom facilities were adequate, thought the water in the morning was lukewarm at best. The worst part was perhaps the noise, as you could hear every step the other guests took in the upper floors.
