  : Nothing. Place was Horrible and dirty.
  : When we got to the hotel we were charged an additional $150 in top of the charge for the stay for any damages that may be done to the room during our stay. I was very surprised because it did not state that any where during my initial booking. I asked the staff usually that would happen after the fact if there were any damages. He was rude and said that's the rules. We get to the room and there were damages all over the room and it was dirty. After getting advise from one of our lawyers we took pictures and video of everything there and went back downstairs and showed the staff and a lady who I presume was the manager all the damages and the dirtiness of this room. She then explained that there were prior guests who come and vandalized and I said ok but I don't want to blamed and charged for the damages that were there already is why I took pictures and video. I told her the chairs were filthy, floor was sticky and dirty. AC was in front of the microwave and refrigerator stand which made the room hot because the air could not flow easily around the room. The Lady came back to our room to replace only the chairs and the floor was never cleaned for us. The bed was old felt the springs and pillows were as flat as a pancake. WORD OF ADVISE TO ANYONE WHO BOOKS HERE TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEO BEFORE AND AFTER YOU ENTER THE ROOM AT THIS PLACE SO YOU WONT BE CHARGED $150 FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT WERE ALREADY THERE. We were refunded the money the very next day after we told them we took pictures and seek advice from our lawyer. We were very disappointed on how unfriendly the staff were, how neglected the hotel is, and the manner of the way they handle their guests. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and couldn't wait to leave that nasty place. Please do your homework before you book at any hotel.

  : This hotel is terrible. I took hours to find it, and when I got there, they said they canceled my reservation! I paid at the appointed time and the room was cancelled! That's awful! Is the price paid to someone else? Then he makes me call, and he won't help negotiate. I called the customer service, who told me to wait until the evening and asked me to rebook another hotel. But the other hotels don't have houses either. I took a taxi to a very far place to find accommodation, it was late at night, we had two small children, the children were tired and hungry. As a result, we still do not refund the money, but also insist that we book the room on the system! Only cover 60 + difference! Where can I book a room?! This cost us a lot of money for taxis and a lot of time waiting! A lot of time on the phone. What a terrible trip!
