  : Well, the beds were awful. The room was probably not up to code at all. The door worked sometimes to get in. They gave me a code to punch in the door but then you had to grab the old door knob and turn both at the same time to open the door. Inside the door, a battery was hanging. See picture. Bathroom: the fan didn't work, one lightbulb worked over the sink. Bathtub was gross. "Closet" consisted of a rack hanging under the air conditioner, but one side was broke (see picture). One light worked by the bed. Check-in: Gentleman was nice. Didn't ask me for ID or credit card to verify my reservation. Just... weird.

  : Only good things were location and price.
  : No towels or pillow cases in room. Went to office to ask for some at 7pm, was told they were in the laundry and they would bring some to the room in a bit. 1hr 40min later a staff member brought 3 pillow cases, still wet from the laundry and said towels would be another 40 min later and they never came. We had to drive to a dollar store the following morning and buy towels just to shower, and yet another full day later when we checked out they still hasn't brought any towels.Toilet lid not attached, bathroom door couldn't be closed, shower curtain mounted so low the bottom covered and plugged the drain. Sewage odors coming up drains in bathroom. Adjoining rooms are separated by hollow core doors which practically amplify sound.

  : We requested towels and pillows and the staff was very attentive and brought the items right away .. there was a refrigerator in the room and it worked well
  : Had requested a room on the first floor due to a broken ankle .. when we arrived right at check in time there were no rooms available only on the top floor, was told because we booked thru on line there were no guarantees if we would have called directly to book the room then possibly even though she had the note on the reservation and verified it .. the room was very dated blinds were broken, bed was saggy, shower leaked water all over the floor there were towels on the shower floor when we arrived to help with the water the mirror the bathroom was not a fixed to the wall and was leaning on the sink .. paint was cracked and peeling off walls .. overall condition of room was poor
