  : the property offers privacy and is located in a quaint neighborhood near the harbor offering beautiful views of the waterfront, lights and Boston. close walk to restaurants and historical sites. clean manicured properties all around.
  : no coffee maker in your room for early am coffee drinkers. however hostess will start a pot of coffee in the main dining area earlier than the 8:30am breakfast time if you let her know in advance.

  : It's within 20 mins in traffic to the airport and in a good neighbourhood.On-site parking was easy and convenient.
  : We never met the hosts but were met with a series of written "must do's and don'ts" delivered by an excessive number of instruction lists. It did not feel welcoming at all.We left at 715am for our flight and it was clear from the instruction list, that we would not be getting any breakfast (I did wonder how often starting breakfast only at 830am avoids the need to provide it for guests at all - anyone on a morning flight will luck out) We were allocated room 4. It was not particularly nice. Very cramped around the bed and electric wires all over the place.The hosts never responded to any (3) of my E mails all of which had been requested by them.It was expensive for what we got.
