  : Great location, Beautiful home, lots of room to spread out for a large group (although ours was small) great internet which was important to us since we had to work while we were there. Great satellite TV, bedding was wonderful, and beds were comfortable (which can be hard to find in rental properties!)
  : Property was advertised as having a fire pit and hot tub which were things we wanted and paid more to have, however the back patio was solid ice where is wasn't covered with snow - no access to use the fire pit and no seating around it. The area around and near the hot tub was a literal skating rink, Ice was so bad we only used the hot tub once because is was impossible to get to it safely. Hot tub is also not installed to code as you could literally reach out and touch the electrical box next to it, massive safety hazard. Had a lovely kitchen but it was poorly supplied. This property could sleep 13 people in beds, there were only 4 of us and the supplies in the kitchen we totally inadequate for preparing meals. There were no storage bowls, not enough cooking and serving utensils, no hot pads to put food on, etc. lots of little things that add up. The thermostats were strange, no matter what we did the main part of the house was too hot and the lower family room space had a space heater but never got above 60 degrees. The hot water in the kitchen and master bath shower did not work properly, was difficult to get them to provide any hot water. On our last morning my husband gave up trying to take a shower because he couldn't get the hot water to work.

  : The house was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the back patio with the river next to it. Wish we would have had more time to spend there.
  : The house was nice. I think it could have been better maintained. Several of us got locked in the master bathroom. The lock needs to be fixed. The BBQ needs to be cleaned out our food was burnt in a matter of minutes because of collected grease. Just a few things. But over all very comfortable place.
