WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs PLN 45 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for 45 zł per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
Please inform Hotel Cis in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.
Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that the tourist tax will not be charged directly from the guests card, it has to be paid upon arrival at the hotel reception.

Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.
