: Location was okish only if the widows would have been sound proof and some sort of air-conditioning would have been available.
: Where to start -> price around 300 euro per night. At this price i expected to have a modern, clean and cosy apartment with good customer support. Instead we had issues with bugs : one is so old that you can still see it dead within one of the paintings. Overall old room furniture and no smart tv available. the kitchen .. probably 15 years old.. not clean. parking space was occupied by another car for the whole duration. customer support zero. they responded only in polnish , they ignored the messages i sent and the pictures with the dirty room. this has been the worse experience i ever had. the apartment needs renovation, urgently. i booked for 3 nigths but i could not stay under these conditions so i left earlier. the customer support was a joke- chat only, no phone contact possible : i received 10% discount for the next booking.. right. never again

: 1- Perfect location close to the peach and direct on the walking street. with balcony, Fantastic day and night. 2- Moderately to good comfortable and well equibed with almost every thing you may need during your trip. 3- Your car have a reserved parking's place directly infront of the buildning. Excellent. 4- It is worth for the paid price. 5- Despite the below listed shortages but I still strongly recommend it for other families. I will absolutely consider it for my future visits.
: 1- I did not like the complicated way of payment with two separate payment. 2- Overloading too much emails with same information then the important information is lost in between. 3- They do not have any office at the facility or close to it. 4- The provided address was not correct and a little bit difficult to find through google map despite it was close to the provided address. 5- When I arrived the keys or any instructions related to the keys was not delivered then I wasted much time and long expensive international call trying to get them to understand that 168 zloty for the tax should be additionally paid before I can get the keys and should be paid only on line and when they get the confirmation then I got the information about the keys. 6- At the facility the toalit sits was slow and weak to fill with water. The clothes washing machine was giving bad odour to the clothes.
