  : The smell when we open the door was awful. I nearly gaged. It smelled like mold very strong. The door had rusted pieces chipping off. The ac had an off smell coming from it.

  : The lady and gentleman that ran the place were very nice. The room and lobby were clean, sheets were clean with no visible stains.

  : My room smelled like dog/cat urine - it was horrible. Had to keep spraying the room with deodorizer. Bathroom door was all chewed up from a dog. The room was very cold and never warmed up despite having the heater on.

  : They didn't give me the room I paid for online which was the king size suite with the full size kitchen. The first room the put me in had broken sheetrock dust all over the floor and the smoke detector was obviously broken due to ask the naked wires hanging from it. So, when I complained he moved me upstairs to a standard king room just basic. They refused to give me any sort of discount at all. And in this room, the AC has no filter at all and the vent on the AC is full of rust, mold, and God knows what else. I paid for the biggest king suite without the hot tub. They downgraded my room to the lowest of the low, but I'm still expected to pay the cost of that suite. This is unheard of. I feel like they're being prejudice. I'm a single white female staying alone. But I will not let this go until I'm satisfied with the outcome. It's way too late and I'm too exhausted to be having to deal with this. Thank you to Booking.com for taking charge to help resolve this issue. As for now, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in this dump... I have taken pics and everything and I'm going all the way with this one.

  : The hair dryer didn't work and was not replaced until our last night. Ice machine was not working. The remote control to the TV did not work, we even put new batteries in it and still no luck.
